Leena Pendharkar is an award-winning writer/director.  Her satirical sketches, So Natural, were featured on Funny or Die and FailBlog. Her latest web series, Overly Attached Andy, is currently being released. Leena also wrote and directed the feature film, Raspberry Magic, about a young girl’s connection to nature, with Bella Thorne and Alison Brie. It screened in over 20 film festivals, and was called “heartwarming with a strong crossover appeal” by Variety, received the Audience Award at the Philadelphia Asian American film festival, and is now available on Starz, Hulu and a number of other places.  Leena’s feature script, Days with Dandekar, about a retiree searching for his beloved car that gets stolen, was selected for the FIND screenwriter’s lab, and for the prestigious Tribeca All Access program.  She has also made number of award-winning short films, and done design and film work for a number of clients through her company, Spicy Mango Productions.  Leena is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Loyola Marymount U, where she teaches film production.
