Bio
I am a 30 year old journalist, editor and PR who, in October 2013, left the role of UK/EU Editor of Pulseradio.net, a cross territory magazine/multimedia platform for electronic music, club culture and technological innovation. Before this, I held position as Editor in Chief at Data Transmission magazine, one of the biggest websites and portals for electronic music, night-life and culture in the UK. At both in house jobs I was responsible for all content, including in-depth, daily feature interviews, reviews and breaking news stories. At the time of my departure, Data Transmission has amassed itself over half a million unique users a month, hundreds of thousands of page views & dedicated visits, plus a spot in the Top 50 iTunes Podcast list.

Before this, I spent many years practicing (and learning) as a freelance journalist, starting off around 2005 writing about film and TV for Clash magazine and a few reviews for Artrocker. A few years later I became editor of Clash Click, a section in the printed version magazine dedicated to developing technologies, digital innovations and their effects / usage in a cultural, creative context.

Aside from this I have held previous freelance editorial positions at Artrocker, Time Out, DJ, i-DJ, Knowledge Magazine, Resident Advisor, Notion, Scout London and more responsible for reviews, feature consultancy and general journalistic duties. I can focus on a range of topics from comment and opinion, to music and events; this blog is here to showcase some of my proudest articles and features.

I currently freelance for Inverted Audio, Resident Advisor, DJ Broadcast, Hype, MEOKO, and also hold position as London Editor for The Burlington Project.
