The production is good – I love the choice of synths, particularly – and the vocal is good although the song itself could benefit from a bit more variety and some changes of direction to keep things interesting and moving. Very listenable though, and I've followed you on SoundCloud to hear more in the future.
"I Choose Love" is a catchy tune that definitely has it's own sound when it comes to electronic music. The fragile vocals complemented the melody well, and the atmospheric/reverb sound that they capture fits the tone of the track. Overall track's drums feel a bit stiff and they have an artificial sound to them, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It just depends on what you're going for. The transitions are a little harsh and abrupt at times, but they fit well in some places (right around the 1:00 mark is a great one). Overall solid track!
Love the vocals! So high, clear, and charming. Reminds me of OMD "Secret" from back in the day. Musically there are plenty of modern touches to pull it out of the 80's. But it's retro enough that my following will love it. A couple suggestions for future Fluence submissions: 1. Include the lyrics so we can follow along (I understood them just fine, but wasn't always focused on them) 2. Include a short, catchy description of the song or act that's easy to copy/paste for social media sharing. That way we don't have to strain our brain coming up with something clever, and you get to choose how you're presented to the world. Thanks for sharing this with me! I'll share it with my followers... right now!
